Abstract

This paper explores the implementation of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) through a detailed case study. The study investigates how BPMN, a graphical representation for specifying business processes in a workflow, can effectively facilitate BPR initiatives.
