Abstract

The rapid growth of digital banking has changed the way people in India manage their financial activities. Mobile banking, internet banking, UPI, cards, and other digital payment services have made banking faster, easier, and more convenient. However, the growing use of these services has also increased the risk of digital fraud. Fraudsters are using different methods such as phishing, OTP fraud, UPI fraud, fake customer-care calls, identity theft, fraudulent links, QR-code scams, and social engineering to target bank customers. Such activities can cause financial loss and may also reduce customers' confidence in digital banking.
